Process:
- You setup with your manufacturer or distributor to ship your products to our warehouse.
- They contact us to schedule the delivery of your products.
- The products get delivered to our dock and get setup for warehousing.
- Once received, your products a re assigned a location in our warehouse.
- The location within the warehouse is entered into our system to prevent misplacing of items and to speed up the process of shipping.
- We make sure that your products have enough room to be stored safely. We do not stack other products on top of yours, and only stack yours as high as you tell us they can be stacked.
- The warehouse is temperature controlled for cold temperature (kept at +60ºF) during cold seasons. During the summer the temperature may rise up to around 100ºF.
- The shipping process starts once we receive notification that an order needs to be fulfilled by one of the methods below:
- Automatic Notification: Your store is capable of integrating with our shipping software to notify us as soon as an order is placed. This notification includes the packing slip, containing who, where and what to ship.
- Manual Notification: You manually notify us by email with a packing slip, containing the who where and what to ship.
- In the next step, we use the information provided to pick and pack the products for shipment.
- Then using the recipient's shipping address we look through our available carriers for the most cost efficient option so that your shipping costs are minimized and your profits maximized. A shipping label is printed, attached to the package, and a pickup is requests for the carrier. At this point, all parties involved (you, and your customer if choose), receive notification that the package is being shipped, including the tracking number for the package.
- Finally, the carrier picks up the package from our facility, and our part is complete.
